Shipping in India

We offer free shipping for both rolled and framed paintings all over India. We only work with reputed courier partners. Delivery time frame is mentioned on each painting page.

We deliver to 99.4% locations in India. Some locations which are remote may attract special delivery charges. Our customer care will connect to you in this case once order is placed.

Shipping outside India

We ship unframed artworks to all countries of the world. We request our international customers to frame the artwork locally in their country to save on shipping costs. Delivery time for regular destinations like USA, Canada, UK, Australia, All of Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, Gulf is around 3-5 days more than the mentioned time frame in painting details. For other destinations it might take around 7-10 days more. We always strive to deliver earlier than what is mentioned. Please note time taken for custom clearance is neither in our control or our courier partner’s control, hence delivery time can increase if customs holds the shipment for any reason. We charge a flat shipping fee of $22 per painting.

International customers must note that our costs do not cover Custom Clearance Fees and Custom Duties. If applicable, these charges would be collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery, or they might connect to you before delivery, for payments. These charges vary from country to country and subject to frequent changes – hence we can’t give you an estimate of the same. However these are quite nominal and shouldn’t break the bank. As we usually use FedEx/UPS/DHL for international deliveries you can connect to their customer care in your country and take further information.


We process military grade packaging for all our shipments, so that they could absorb jerks and stack weight in the transit, – and reach you in safe and sound condition. Painting rolls are put in hard protective tubes and sealed at ends. We make custom 25mm to 40mm thick walled (depending on size) thermocol boxes for each frame, which is again wrapped with 6-8 layers of double layered bubble sheets. Gift wrapping is also available on request for free.

In rare case, if any of the artwork is lost or damaged in transit – we will happily offer you refunds. If the frame is delivered damaged we will offer full refund of framing charges.

Refunds and Exchange Information

We know it can be frustrating when the purchase is not quite right, we offer a complete “no fuss” guarantee to all our customers. If your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

    Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.

    Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.

At Finestroke, every care is taken to ensure your poster, art print or merchandise is well packed before it is dispatched. We take extreme measures to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. However due to the delicate nature of these products, in rare circumstances items can arrive damaged. We are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damages of products in transit. But we will make contact with the relevant courier to track your package or initiate a claim for lost products.

In case of damaged products, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by email notifying us of any damage to the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. The posters, art prints or merchandise must be returned in their original mailing tubes, and in their original packaging (where possible).

Please follow these steps if you have received damaged items.

    Email [email protected] with your (Order number)_returns in the subject field (within 24 hours of receipt of the products).
    Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your product and attach photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
    We will contact you within 24 hours to initiate your refund or send a replacement item as required.

Please note that the cost of returning the product to is the responsibility of the purchaser. Also, wall decals are not covered under the refunds and exchange policy.

Please also note that no exchanges will be allowed for the categories- Jumbo Posters, Giant Posters, Door Posters, Canvas and Premium Wooden Frames.

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it under the 10 Day Exchange Policy. We can alternatively offer you a store credit, which you can use to place a fresh order. For prepaid orders we offer refund on your paid amount. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account statement depending on your bank.  Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched without any extra costs.

To play it fair, we would like to advise you to choose carefully, we do not give refund simply because you changed your mind. Sale products will not be exchanged or refunded. Sale products are final sale only.
